Our Process

Ash in Glass utilizes our 3-Step Process for creating magical memorial memories  for our customers.

• STEP 1: ORDERING – When you order your magical memorial item, you are sent an ash collection kit, which will ensure that a small amount of cremains is sent safely and securely to our studio.

• STEP 2: CREATION – Once we receive the collection kit, we ID the ashes and place each container indivto eliminate the possibility of error. The cremains are store carefully in our facilities and are treated with care as they await their turn to be fashioned into an exquisite work of art.

• STEP 3: SHIPPING - All orders are packaged with extreme care and include tracking information so you know where your order is at all times. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece, and our typical turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your collection kit.
